GO Mobility Tech Private Limited ("GO Mobility", "we", "Company") is a technology company registered in Patna, Bihar, India (CIN: U49224BR2026PTC082551) that operates a ride-hailing and mobility aggregation platform. GO Mobility is a technology intermediary — we connect riders with independent driver-partners and do not ourselves provide transportation services.

To use GO Mobility you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid mobile number registered in India 🇮🇳.
• Agree to provide accurate and truthful registration information.
• Not have been previously suspended or banned from GO Mobility.

• Riders must book rides only for lawful purposes.
• Riders must behave respectfully towards driver-partners at all times.
• The fare shown at booking is final. Convenience fees are disclosed upfront.
• Riders must not request rides for transporting prohibited goods or substances.
• Cancellation policies and fees (if applicable) will be displayed before you cancel a ride.
• GO Pass (subscription) fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.

• Driver-partners must hold all valid licenses, permits, and vehicle insurance required under Indian law.
• Drivers must maintain their vehicles in safe, roadworthy condition at all times.
• The platform fee (₹1 bike / ₹1.5 auto / ₹5 cab per ride) is deducted automatically per completed ride.
• Early payouts are processed as per the payout schedule communicated in the driver app.
• Drivers must not refuse rides based on rider's religion, caste, gender, or location (within service area).
• Fraud, manipulation of GPS, or fake trips will result in immediate account termination.

GO Mobility charges driver-partners a transparent technology fee: ₹1 per ride for bike, ₹1.5 for auto, ₹5 for cab. A rider-side convenience fee may apply and is always disclosed before booking. All payments are processed through RBI-regulated payment gateways.

The GO Pass monthly subscription is priced at ₹149/month(launch offer: ₹99/month). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. GO Mobility reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Subscription benefits include reduced convenience fees, ride priority, and exclusive offers.

• Riders may cancel a ride before the driver accepts it at no charge.
• Cancellations after driver acceptance may incur a cancellation fee (disclosed in-app).
• Refunds for disputed charges are processed within 5–7 business days after review.
• GO Pass subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period starts.

The following are strictly prohibited on the GO Mobility platform:

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards any user or driver.
• Transport of illegal substances, weapons, or prohibited goods.
• Fraud, impersonation, or providing false information during registration.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt platform systems.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.

GO Mobility is a technology intermediary and is not liable for: the actions or conduct of independent driver-partners; road accidents or injuries during a ride (covered by mandatory insurance); delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India 🇮🇳. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar. We encourage users to first attempt to resolve disputes by contacting us at mailatgomobility@gmail.com.

GO Mobility may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the app or email with at least 14 days notice.
